I got my nose pierced (with a gun) about 4 days ago. Looking back I realized the gun probably was a bad choice. But anyways, I look at the piercing and it seems to be sinking! I have tried to loosen the back but have had no luck! It really hurts and still is pretty red around the piercing. I'm afraid that the piercing is going to make a huge hole or even up going through my nose! Should I go back to the piercer, go see my doctor or is there anything at home I can do? Or am I just worrying too much about it....

Yeah, you should never get your nose pierced with a gun-too much trauma to the surrounding tissue. I think the 'sinking in' of the ring is from the trauma/swelling. I'd take some ibuprofen (not acetaminophen) for a few days for the swelling. It sounds like you have a regular earring in your ear??? with a 'back' on it? no. I would not go back to the same piercer. I'd go to a reputable piercing/tattoo parlor and tell them what happened. They should want to help you, this is what they like to do. Buy some new jewelry (a nose screw) from them and they will probably put the new jewelry in for free. Get some H2ocean spray from them or on bodycandy.com to help heal it. Good luck.

My opinion would be go see a doctor real quick. You would have been better off getting it with a needle. the Gun is not safe.
After going to the doctor I would go back to the Moran that did the piercing in the first place and make him pay the Dr. bill...
