i have discharge should i wear a pad or something???

It would be a good idea if you don't want your discharge to be visible on the outside.

You could, but that's the least of your concerns.
If you're talking about something other than your normal discharge (the vagina is a self-cleaning organ) then you need to see your doctor immediately, of you risk your fertility and possibly your life.

well, if it isnt time for you to be ovulating or something and if its heavy enough to consider wearing a pad, you need to go to the doctor. you may have an infection, yeast infection or something else. If its heavy and has any kind of odor i would go to the doc

Yes, unless you want to keep changing your panties. A pantiliner may be enough and you can't even tell it's there. A doctors visit would be in order too.

Wear a pantiliner, they are cheap, light and make you feel clean.

no!!!!!!!!! mabye a pantie liner though. just make sure you clean yourself so you dont get an infection.
