Depends on the material that it is made from. Old canvas tents in the military would leak if you touched the top from the inside. Newer materials don't have this issue.

If you press against the side of it a little bit of water may come through depending on the type of rain cover you have. As long as you have a good plastic tarp underneath it and it is completely under the tent, no water should come through the bottom.

Yes. It will, because of condensation. If you don't touch it then there's no where for it to land.
