I took a video of me singing and i was really LIKE CRAZY..it was a stupide dance from when i was 8... and i want to of get it out of my mind

Deleting items in a camera is the same as deleting items in your computer. Until something overwrites the same space it can be recovered. If many pictures have been taken since something was deleted you can be pretty sure it is gone. To erase it from your mind is another problem. There is no erase function.

If you deleted it, then it's gone. That's sort of what "delete" means.
It might be possible to recover deleted files from your camera memory, with a certain amount of effort... but, in general, no, it won't be present when you transfer pictures from your camera to your computer.

But, rest assured that your mother will have a copy, archived along with the baby pictures of you in the frilly lace dress.
That's how they run the world, you know.

If you take a video on your camera and then format the media, then take pictures, it won't show up.

it should not show up but I would format it just to be sure.
