There are witches, but warlocks do not exist. A warlock is a made being, in fact both men and women are witches.

The term warlock is from I believe early Celtic or Gaelic but it just means backstabber the literal translation is Oath-Breaker. So in that sense yes there are warlocks but in the magical sense, there are some people that will call themselves a warlock but, they really don't exist.

Yes witches exist. Witches practice witchcraft and and in tune with nature and the energies around everything. Warlock means oath breaker and does not exist. All male and female wiccans are called witches.

Yes there are such people as witches and warlocks, but most of them have been hyped up in fairy tales and in movies. Some of them worship Satan and have evil rituals and such and then there are others like Wiccans who focus more on the Pegan version of witchcraft which deals with nature and such and they claim to not be evil or put bad spells on people because they believe it will come back on them. And then there are people who claim they are witches but dont actually do anything or know what it is they are doing.

males and females are both called witches. warlocks are practitioners of witchcraft. the word warlock means oath breaker. warlocks are bad and don't live by the rules of Wicca.
