Not me personally but a family friend did. She gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Do you think you did?

I have, this past November. My doctor thinks it's because the 5 years were almost up on the Merina IUD and the hormones got too low to prevent pregnancy. I had it taken out the day I found out in December, although the doctor warned there's a 25% chance of miscarriage if it's removed. Luckily everything's progressing fine and I'm 16 weeks pregnant today. Despite that, I am planning on using the IUD again after the birth, but my husband offered to get a vasectomy, so we'll be doubly protected.

I personally did not (I used an IUD for serveral months before deciding it wasn't for me... heavier periods), however YEARS ago my mother did. I know they've changed them a lot since then, so the likleyhood is much lower now. She had to have the IUD removed, and ended up miscarrying.
