generally. no. xbox games are specally coded for the xbox machines. you can crack them create virtual machines to run them on even xp. but at lower quality because yur system may not be optimized for the game.
and it violates the EULA or end user license agreement

I do not think that any PC will play console games without some kind of emulation software. I do not know any specific programs for Vista. I suggest doing a search on Google or some other search engine for Xbox emulation software, or something similar to that.

NO. An emulator will allow you to maybe play downloaded games on your PC, but it is quite impossible, By Design, to read XBOX disc's with a computer.

well u would need to download a emulator, if you get the right emulator you can play xbox games using windows xp etc.
