like a domain name like this www.yahoo.com instead of www.example.profusehost.net

No one. You would have to pay for a full domain, or else the profuse company has to pay for it. But if its example.profuse.com, then its a subdomain and profuse can create as many of them as they want and its free. Sorry!

well no companies offer free hosting and free domain name, since it costs money to register your domain.
since hosting costs next to nothing these days i would check out
