You can use any USB port for plugging in your printer, or anything else, won't make one bit of difference. In fact you can replug your printer into a different USB port, it will still work fine. Chow

It shouldn't make a difference other than you probably want to use one on back of the computer for the printer and save any front ones for quick access - like plugging in an ipod or camera.

Any can be used, and in fact, you can unplug the printer from one and later plug it back into a different one! I do it all the time! You'll get some sort of messages about "Hardware removed" or "USB Device Detected" or some such...you'll recognize what's happening...

It doesn't matter which usb port you put your printer in you can change the usb port every day if you want to and it'll still work.

If you have 3, most likely you have 2 USB ports and a Fire-wire/i1394 port. It doesnt matter which USB port you use. USB ports are almost always in pairs.

Normally 2 USB ports are present on most computers motherboards. The order is irrelavant... If you need more USB ports then you have, you will need a USB hub.

No, it makes absolutely no difference which port you use.
Any of the three will work.
