Because to be tested is to have something which is anti-trust forced upon you!
If you wanted to know something, you'd learn it toward your own edification, why then, would you need to prove this to anyone else . . unless you were a Siamese twin, who'd have the other wanting prove only by test scores and not self-interest.
All the tests in the world, even if you do well in them, guarantee nothing of personal value, which you will carry and use through life!

They make you stressed before because you are trying to get ready for the test, during because you hope you know everything on the test and get a good grade or good results, and after because you are waiting for your results or your grade and you are hoping they are good!!

I think, Due to lack of self confidence , we feel stress for tests ,before it, during and later on .
