We, that is many of us, say that we are not the only conscious forms of life in the universe. As somebody else has mentioned, there is no world government which is supreme in its power. But the United Nations is one such organisation which has members from governments the world over.
Therefore, I think that the UN flag consisting of the globe surrounded by leaves on both sides, is an appropriate symbol.

The Sun never was and it will never be a star. Example: The temperatures in the interior of the Sun are, X ºC (positive) intent energies. Then, if in these environments thermonuclear reactions occur type. How much the Stars of all Interstellar System, the temperature corresponds the inverse one of the Sun, X °C (negative) for the thermonuclear inverse reaction - the distributed energies. Thus the balance of the temperature in the Land could only exist.

Before World War II the total of radioactivity in all the planet it was of ten cúrios (equivalent the ten gram of radio). The radioactivity practically did not exist. Four decades after World War II, the radioactivity already measured in megacúrios (millions of cúrios), to evaluate the radioactive contamination. Today, one proves in the world, by means of statisticians, who the radioactive remaining portions generated by the frequent nuclear experiences, are not vanished, but yes if they spread for the atmosphere falling on the land in rain form (provoking to the epidemic of the cancer).

We ourself are a represent for this Earth. Human beings, the most knowledged persons ever known in this Universe are the only sign for this Earth and we are capable to state our greatness in this Universe. Infact, there may be some other extra-terristrial people may exist....but, I think they may or may not be in a condition to compete with us. So up to date we are the living beings which has logical thinking.

1. America and american flag is not the solution for every problem in this world.!
2. Nasa use scientists or astronaut from many countries, and use american flag on their shuttle etc. Whereever they go in space. I dont think its anymore our representation.
3. Our sign should be a 'blue shining earth' !
Whereever we go in this universe.

We 'know' we are not alone? No, we surmise we are not alone. There is no absolute proof yet, just common sense that tells us that there must be LOTS of other intelligent life. Since we don't have a world government yet, I don't think it would be appropriate to even pretend we are a unified planet with a single symbol.
