They only appear one at a time and go away then another comes it's not on my penis it's on the area where the hair is

They are probably just pimples or ingrown hairs.If you are a virgin and have never rubbed up against a girl (like grinding) you won't have an std. If you have thick or curly hair you are likely to get ingrown hairs especially in the genitals where the hair is thick and curly.
