i'm not able to send msgs from my nokia 6600!!!?

thrz nothing rong wid sim card or connection cz msgs r going if i insert it in another cell bt i dnt knw y its nt going frm my cell wen i didn even drop or change ne settings in it .. wats rong in it??

The plan u have might not allow you to send text messages. But if you don't have your Internet on your phone turned on it might not work that way to.
