You can have a girls night (sleep over, do your makeup, hair, nails..) or get together and go to a movie, skating, ...
bake them some treats*(cake, cookies, muffins)
write them a letter
make them a craft to say Best Friends with a pic of u all in it
ummmmm
be there for them when they need you *
Call just to say Hello*

Help them out when you see they need a friend, or just let them know how much their friendship means to you. Take them out for a pizza, go to a card shop and pick out a cute card that makes them laugh. You know them better than I, so maybe some of these ideas will give you more ideas.

Get her or him some flowers, or chocolates or take her to dinner or buy her a trinket she may like or make her a card or find out if there is anything she may need and do it for her, or throw a nice surprize party for her.

Put handmade cards on their lockers or send them a card in the mail. Bake some cookies and share. People always love baked goods.

how about taking them somewhere fun or getting them something they like. if they are going through a hard time then try to figure out a way to help them out of it. the world needs more people like you out there. you are a great person. hope this helps. good luck.

you could take them out shopping or dinner, or movies or just anything. if they are your best friends then just doing anything can be nice!
