Try these things first:
1. Incorrect/faulty memory or memory not fully inserted with both tabs down.
2. Lightness/darkness setting on Monitor turned all the way down to the darkest setting. Same with Contrast.
3. Video card defective, in wrong slot, or not plug and play.
4. Failed to use **** on seating processor to heat sink, processor not mounted correctly.
5 Power switch on computer defective, wont operate with case open, defective wall socket, power supply in off position, or incorrectly plugged in to motherboard.

If the BIOS was malfunctioning you would get nowhere upon boot-up, it would not power on. sounds like a motherboard jumper setting or incorrect hardware connections.Consider disconnecting all the drives and cards and just booting the basic functions, processor, RAM, VGA. Then add, one device at a time.

To me, it appears like the CMOS battery has died on a device that usually makes use of a USB related keyboard. for many structures, the USB keyboard help is grew to become OFF by skill of default interior the BIOS. in the adventure that your pc lost its CMOS settings, the device would not boot completely, in basic terms end at a BIOS exhibit. additionally, USB keyboard would not artwork in any respect. in case you have a USB keyboard, you're able to do 3 issues: a million) replace CMOS battery with CR2032 so which you are able to purchase at Wal-Mart or Radio Shack or any drug shop. 2) temporarily hook up a playstation /2 type keyboard (borrow one?) 3) enter the BIOS setup menus, load default or "overall performance default" settings, enable USB keyboard help, save settings and go out. in case you presently have a playstation /2 type keyboard, you ought to nonetheless be watching a ineffective CMOS battery. yet to get the device working returned, you will in all probability could: a million) replace CR2032 battery 2) (once you're in there changing the battery) flow the jumper close to the battery to clear_cmos placing for variety of 20 seconds, then flow it returned to time-honored placing. 3) whilst device boots first time, returned load default or "overall performance default" settings in BIOS, save settings and go out.

well best idea is to remove all hardware not required for POST
this includes all ide cables, sata cables power cables to drives like cdrom/dvd etc.
soundcards, tv cards, LED cables, keyboard mouse, etc..
so all you will have is graphics, ram, power supply, cpu, motherboard etc..
so you will know its going to be one of those parts, if still no beeps then take out the RAM and it should beep none stop if it doesnt beep at all. then you would be looking at a possible faulty motherboard.
