you must 1] work on building up you leg muscles
2] develop your timing as your ability to leap improves
3] control the ball with you hand, try not to "overstuff"
at first
4] it can be done but stretch you ankles legs really
well first to avoid pulled muscles and "shin splints"
good luck!

You do not need to be tall, or jump high (some goals are only 5 feet tall). To dunk, you need to throw the ball in the goal, hang on the rim, talk trash, celebrate, etc. Or some players just throw the ball in the goal and continue to play the game.

jump like a black guy, throw the ball through the hoop in the air in a downward motion and slam it down, grabbing the rim. To throw in some flair, add a backflip.
