Each state has different laws regarding what makes a will legal. If your will is not done in accordance with your state laws your will is worth nothing and can be tossed out in a probate action. Sure there are web sites and books and forms that you need to pay for, but the majority of them are not state specific. Even if you get FREE information, how can you be sure that it is correct -- you get what you pay for. Instead of paying for a book or relying on FREE info from an Internet site which may be run by some 9 year old, why not contact your local bar association to get an attorney referral. If you are a member of an organization like a union, aarp, or a civic group you may be able to find someone in your group that will charge you less.

www.clubpenguin.com

This website allows youto securely chat with other kids your age while at the same time having the opportunity to play games, use points to buy (virtual) stuff and have a good time. Each user is a penguin that interacts with those around them. It is stricly monitored for the security of the users. Best of all, it's free, unless you want an advanced membership, which is very cheap.

Have fun!

The PBS program Zoom has a nice web site for kids in that age range:

http://pbskids.org/zoom/index.html

It has activities for volunteering, science projects, arts/crafts, cooking, etc!
