My firefox browser updated itself this morning and now I cant connect to the internet. I'm using internet explorer right now and don't want to have to delete and reinstall fire fox as I will have to redo all my browser settings, help! Whats the problem, what can I do?

Your firewall thinks it's a new mystery program, and won't allow it to go on the Internet. You have to go into your firewall program and unblock it, that is to allow it Internet access.

you have little broadband! Uninstall, then reinstall. If that would not artwork... Head over to their boards. continually wait a month earlier downloading some thing new.. supplies them time to handle each and all of the bugs.

That happened to me last night, reset the cable modem, unplug it from the computer, plug it back in and then restart.

Go to start, then accessories,then system tools, then system restore and pick a date before the problem and restore to that date.

have you installed the plug in for firefox ie if no do that now it may help

try do a restart or go back in your pc to a time when it was all running properly
