I suggest you go see your doctor, it’s the best thing you can do for your health.

Always best to get these things checked out. My boss came to work freaking out the other day due to a new lump under the arm that was painful to the touch. He went to the Dr. that day - turns out it was a cyst-type lump and will clear with antibiotics. No need to take risks, get it checked!

Try cold and hot fomentation treatments for a couple of days and if it doesn't resolve, pl. see a doctor. It could be a cyst or something else.

I can't do a thing to help, nor can anyone else here. But a doctor can. See one.

could it be a boil?
I'd try pressing a warm wet washcloth on it and see if anything happens.
Maybe go to a dermatologist....see your GP 1st if you need a referral
