You will have to declare it on your crb form, if you dont declare it they can refuse you employment on the grounds of you witholding information.

Probably - as long as it is nothing to do with the safety of patients you will be fine. A colleague I used to work with years ago had a caution for cannabis and he was ok to work in the NHS as it was not relevant to his job and it was a long time ago

Although it would be advisable not to apply if it is a serious issue relating to your working with people as if someone was to find out at a later date then that would affect you career.

Yes, but depending how long ago it was and what its for they shouldnt hold it against you. They have policies in place to make sure they treat you fairly. Good luck!
