Use a 10w40 semi synthetic if your topping up or changeing, but if you are unsure what is in the engine get the oil & filter changed just to be safe.

any synthetic should do as a top up but its best to drain and have a full oil and filter change.
You can find out the exact mix to use from your local fiat dealer. saying that my dealer says one thing and all garages say another.
but i think the dealer should know.
