i know a lady who does medical coding but she has been trained. I also used to know a lady who did transcription, they gave her a computer and mailed her the tapes from big hospitals and she got paid by the tape and said about 10 years ago that she made 10 bucks an hour because she was fast and worked whatever hours she wanted to. This was legitimate and she paid no money up front. contact court reporters and hospitals in your area but dont expect to get really fast right awayuntil you get used to medical terminology and the awful accents of some of the doctors. Please dont do online surveys. I done quite a few and none of them pays. Instead i earn money online by posting and replying to discussion on forum. I found two website that does exactly that.

Let me explain how these two sites work:
Dorm Check pays you US$0.01 for every post or replies you posted and $0.012 if you post your discussion with pictures.
myLot earnings algorithm is discrete but it pays dependng on how many response you got from your discussion and also the quality of your post.
Overall i found that it is easier to earn at DormCheck than myLot. But you could try both.
