hook your ground wire to the metal fixture box ,or to the ground wire in the ceiling wiring!

If you do not know about electricity you should not do this install at all. The ground wire or green wire should be connected to a green wire inside the fan or to a small green screw. It is usually green to indicate that it is the ground

there should be a place on the housing box for the ground

Connect it to your negative (Black) wire.
