Watch your breath. Is it shallow, deep, or not really there? Now take a deep breath and let it out as a sigh. Now take in a breath to the count of 4-exhale to the count of 4. Do this for a minute. See if you don't feel differently after you do this.

Find some good friends of yours and enjoy some good food in the company of them. You might even prepare your food together in a private kitchen of yours, so it would cost less and might be richer and also give more time and more activity together, and so even more fun ... fun!

go get a new hair cut,
