A picture URL is the adress you would type in to see a picture you've uploaded to the internet. Here, in this particular case, you don't want a picture, you just want the color pink.

Try going to this website:

http://www.somacon.com/p142.php

it's a color chart with hex codes so you can pick your shade of pink.
From then on it depends on what service you use (I don't know if they allow you to type in your HTML directly)

Asking for the URL to a pic means the web location of the picture....

sample
http://mywebsite/photos/me.jpg

this could be any site where you have uploaded the photo....
you didnt say what site this was for but usually if you just want it pink then theres a setting for that somewhere.

if you just want a pink background, you could either edit the hexidecimal code or you could enter the image URL of a pink .GIF or .JPG. This image is a cloudy pink.

I don't use MySpace other than for people to contact me because I have a separate website that I made by using HTML. You don't have to know how to program a computer to use HTML, but it may take a little while to get the hang of it.

just find a pink background wallpaper. right click it and choose properties. a box should appear and one of the things is URL, just copy and paste it!

either do what the other lady told you, or you can post a pic online like on photobucket.com then go to that picture copy the url into what you are trying to add.

I use photobucket to host all my pictures for myspace. Upload it to there and then the url/address will be underneath it.
Photobucket is FREE :0)
