If this is a real question, your penis is not exactly "normal," which in fully grown males is somewhere between 5 and 7 inches erect.

Look ; from age 12 thru 20 .. there is really NO Average as size is being determined thru genits etc .... here; try reading this : I've included results of several penis size surveys that you might find interesting ... Ok ; this is THE question that has plagues all males since the beginning of time .... There have been numerous studies done to determine what the "Average" size of the male penis is and NOT any two of those studies gave the same results .... Back in 1990 Men's Health did a study on the Average size of the Adult male penis and decided that it was just at 6 Inches ... Just six years later ... The Journal of Urology did their survey and came up with an Average of 5.08 Inches for the Adult Male Penis .. Then in 2000 ; The Journal for Impotency Research did their study and found Average to be 5.35 Inches .... while that same year, Lifestyles Condoms did a study that came up with 5.9 Inches .... Some say the Lifestyles study is WRONG because they only used 500 men ; while the other studies did atb least 5,000. NOTE: That until the age of 20-22 ; MOST males and their penis will continue to grow .... So; with all things considered ... Most Authorities now say that the AVERAGE Male "ADULT" Penis is 5.2 to 5.5 Inches when fully erect

For an adult male this is below the 'norm'. Average is 6.4" long (according to the on-going Internet survey linked below. The Kinsey study of white college men in the 60's came up with 6.1" The Internet survey has done a good job attempting to ensure accuracy of the self-reported results)
3" while erect is VERY much outside of the normal range.
Now the big question - does it matter? It surely does to you - Obviously, and that's important. If you're really concerned, you should see your doctor about it and see what they have to say.

I feel so bad for you...I am 13 and my penis size is normal 5 inches and 9 inches in an erection

The erect penis is about 4 or 5 inches long to ensure penetration. I feel you are not measuring properly. Better to see a doctor and get it checked out.

You don't say how old you are, but from the information provided, you do seem to be on the small side. The average erect length for an adult male is 5-7'.

This is really small for your age.However to most women size does not matter.Don't worry you are ok and not alone cause most men are about that size . A few have it and the rest is like us but lie about it.

That's incorrect.You penis is supossed to be 1.6 or something like 2 inches.

Well if what you say is true what you say then you are below average of most men. It is correct. You need to learn to just be proud of your penis as it is.
