Depends. They are on a strict schedule(naps, bedtime, and meals are at the same time everyday) because it keep them happy as well as myself! I am strict when it comes to manners and how they treat each other as well as other people. I do not want them to be rude. We do not let them back talk. We(my hubby and I) are very laid back though, so we have a calm, relaxed home. They have plenty of fun. We play a lot of hide and seek as a family. We go to the park a lot. We draw and color. If kids are having fun, they don't have time to be bad! LOL!

the only time i get strict is when he is doing something he knows hes not supposed to be doing. other than that hes a pretty good kid, so i can be loose with him.

Strict of course, my parents were stricter with me than my brothers and sister and I am the most responsible one out of the bunch. My daughter and son both make straight As and I know that if I didn't stay on them they would not be doing so well. If my middle daughter did not have Autism I would be the same way with her

I'm somewhat in the middle of loose and strict. It depends on the scenario at hand.

Pretty loose. They know that if they do something bad, I will have to get strict on them again.

My parents are generally loose with me. But they could get really strict.

i dont have kids but i think people should be a lot more stricter than they are now. I see a lot of out-of-control kids here in the USA. I think its because parents treat their kids like they are friends. I mean, you should have a good relationship with your kids but you should let them know who's boss. they are kids after all, they do not know more than adults do! Please teach your kids to respect other people and respect their elders.

Im strict in a sense, I do discipline them I have 2 boys and Im on my own so have to be strict, they are good decent boys .......
They keep me going and I keep em on their toe's lol

you will regret it later. wait till they are teens. i use to be strict and let loose some and now they are out of control.
