try going to bed earlier and get at least 8 hours of sleep. skip junk food for a couple of days and see if your body perks up. or you could just have trouble concentrating on things, you know like ADD or whatever they call it.

Yeah, guy, and when I doze off, I finally end up dreaming with reference to an analogous factor. i think of this is due on your sub-concious thinking, you're variety of having a pipe dream yet you're falling asleep on an analogous time which makes you have 50 % threat of controlling what you dream approximately and that's huge!

Relax...I don't think it's a problem. Most people daydream all the time. It feels good and that at no cost.
However, stay focus at important times. You have the choice to alter your thoughts.

its easy to dream but to escape life isn't good during the day. you have to train yourself not to dream during the day. I love to dream at nite it seems peaceful. now i hope that you can do that its easy suggestive thinking always helps that and you can do it by thinking of what you want to dream i dream in color its neat. try it sometime.
