I wish the system would do what's best. Sure she should be buried near her son but for god sakes why can't the mom take them home. What's the problem? It's obvious she didn't know what she was doing half the time. She had no one out for her best interest... I can promise you this her mother does as most mothers do. I think it's a shame and it makes we wonder. Who do you trust??

ummm....because she hated her mom-she beat the crap out of her when she was younger and should never have rights to any of them...baby included
(there are bad mothers out there and I believe she is one of them.. she is putting on a show - for the money!)

I don't think her mother should be allowed in the court room. They had not seen each other in over 10 years. That should say something. I know what its like to be raised by a mother like that. I went years without speaking to my mother she didn't have anything to do with me while growing up. All her mother is after is the money she is putting on a show like she loved her so much. Where was she when Anna's son died and when she was giving birth to her baby daughter? Anna hated her mother and I think there was a reason. When you go that long without seeing someone you don't know that person.

Mommy Dearest made a buck on her dead grandson ; then lied under oath about it . She again did the same thing when she went to view the body of her dead daughter , who she has not seen in nearly 12 years . Virgie last beat her daughter when she was 21 .This was no spat - they were estranged . Anna Nicole made it clear on tape , months before her death , when she said , she wanted nothing ever to do with her mother , when she said that she might hurt her - but she will never get the chance to do the same to DannieLynn . Anna trusted Howard K. Smith enough to put him on the birth certificate and he was her common-law husband . One by one , all the so-called "insiders" led by the drive-by media to bad mouth Howard K . , for their own 15 minutes of fame are being exposed ..one , by one .
Last night on Larry King Live "Big Mo" , Anna's body guard let the cat out of the bag - and blew the whistle on those so-called "best friends" and low and behold ..Jackie Hatten , on every network to trash Howard K . , turns out that she was not Anna's best friend , nor was she DannieLynn's godmother . The only truth that woman told last week was when she admitted her brother Mark is serving 7 yrs. in prison for stalking Anna . Mo told Hatten Anna didn't even like her & did not want to see her .And further - Mo states that many in the media tried to coerce him to force him to bad mouth Howard K after Anna died . .So , she who has the biggest mouth- isn't necessarily telling the truth .

I'm really very sick of hearing about Anne Smith. Yes its unfortunate that someone should die at such a young age. How would you like to here of something even more unfortunate. Recently I read about this 18 year old kid who was killed in action in Iraq. This time a year ago he was still in High School. There was an obituary in the paper and it showed a picture of his girlfriend weeping on his coffin. It also mentioned how this group of strange people from this very strange church that was from Kansas, wanted to stage a war protest at this kids funeral. How disgusting and sick is it to protest a war at a funeral? VERY! Now what were you saying about Ms. Smith?
Isn't it strange though. You here all this BS about the death of Ms. Smith but when it comes to the real people, the one who are important and that matter, you just don't hear anything about them.

she didnt want anything to do with her child when she was alive why should she get control of her when she has died. You are looking at things like she was the mother of the year who had a child that ran away for no reason.

This is the same mother that went on national TV accusing her daughter of killing her grandson. This is the mother that took the press with her to her grandsons grave site to make some money on his birthday.

This woman has no right to her childs body...... let her figure out another way to make some money

Your right ally oop......... lets support the troops by bringing them home and let Iraq fight for its self

Considering that Smith, an adult, had bought the burial plots in the Bahamas and has expressed her desire to be buried there then the courts has to respect her wishes. Even the deceased has rights in situations like this.
