You go to a car dealer & buy a "low-mileage, prime condition" car. You choose the car because it registers 12,000 miles & the dealer tells you that it was driven by a local little-old-lady. You sign the contract and take responsibility for making monthly payments.

Later, you discover that the odometer was rolled back by the dealer (the car really has 150,000 miles), and that the car was purchased by the dealer in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina (the car had been flooded).

Do the fraudulent representations made to you at time of purchase have any bearing on your financial obligations for the car? If you turn your back on the car, can people accuse you of "supporting financial irresponsibility?"

Well, George W. Bush sold me on a war. And based on his initial representations, I bought and strongly supported it. But since then, I've learned that the things Bush told me are not true (e.g., yellowcake, WMDs, Iraq-9/11 connection, etc.). Do I "support the terrorists"???????

I understand the frustration that you are feeling but here's the thing......

People who staunchly support this president and this administration are like minded and even in the face of fraud and unconstitutional Acts promoted by this administration they will find no fault as they think that the ends justify the means!!

Regardless of the fact that their support doesn't guarantee their own personal safety or rights under this debacle.
If any of these people live in areas where the government wanted their land to make way for this superhighway they are building from Canada to Mexico for the implementation of the North American Union ......then and only then would they be personally affected and outraged!!!!

It's disgusting that people cannot look past their own selfishness!!!

Bush's handlers have convincingly for many sold their fear propaganda throughout this country ....even as more and more proof comes out that they are the ones to fear!!!
They would step over any American to accomplish their selfish goals and profits!!!

Not to get you all weepy and teary eyed over me, but I never really had any friends until I met some people online a couple years ago. I grew up living in the middle of nowhere, with no other kids around, and I didn't go to school, so I never interacted with kids except for once a week at church. And while we were all close, we never were really "friends" until about a year ago. I was always the butt of every joke, and no one was my age (all 2 years younger or older) so I have always been a loner. In 2006, I started an online school, and I met a whole bunch of people that I got to know really well. I still consider them my first friends, and they always will be my friends. It wasn't until about a year ago that all the people I knew from church "matured" and we started hanging out and doing more things together, so now they are my friends. And then there are all you guys I have on R&S :) I think of you all as my friends, and I love coming on Answers (maybe a little too much hehe) And Catti is my bestest friend ever, online or real life :)

Sure, they understand it. But acknowledging it is a different thing, it seems to be above many of them to be able to do so. They can call the other 70% of the nation terrorist lovers and cowards ad nauseum. All it is doing is making them look foolish and it's doing more damage to the Republican Party every day, as if they need any more damage. As they flounder about, calling names and pointing fingers anywhere but at George Bush, they just strengthen the Democratic Presidential bid for 2008. For the Democratic Party it's free advertisement.

GOPsters live by the mantra, "There's a sucker born every minute". And many vote Republican. A fraudulent war, a gigantic government, failed foreign relations, and the biggest disparity between rich and poor....heck, a lemon-car is a kind metaphor for the Sitcom President's administration!

The funniest part is when they besmirch REAL patriots like John McCain and John Kerry to keep themselves in power. These creeps have no soul or conscience, and their brainwashed dupes can't see otherwise, even with the facts practically screaming in their face. Poor doofuses.........

Not only should you support terrorists but you should move to Iraq where you can learn your facts first hand. You didn't research the car you bought and you obviously didn't do you homework on what we are fighting for or why.

Liberals and democrats criticize Bush for his false Intel reports and representations. Do any of you stop and think about who assembled that Intel force? Clinton had 8 years to put it together. Bush had 8 months to discover if they knew what they were talking about, while running this great country.

Bottom line: the United States was attached and Bush did something about it. China captured one of our airplanes and kidnapped its crew and Clinton did NOTHING about it but talk, our embassies were bombed, US military and civilians were killed and Clinton did NOTHING about it but talk.

If you think talk will stop terrorism then you can stand in front of me the next time they attack.
