a normal human has 46 chromosomes, sometimes, abnormally, humans have 45 or 47 and suffer from disformity (like dawn's syndrome (did i spell it right?))
as for trees, since 'tree' refers to so many species, there is no specific number for their number of chromosomes, but my guess is that most of them have much less than us, since we (humans) went through much more evolution

a human has 46 chromosomes (found in 23 pairs). How many chromosomes a tree has depends on the type of tree. For example sequoia trees have 22 but pine trees have 12 and apple trees have 34. What type of tree do you mean?

an added note: The number of chromosomes an organism has is in NO WAY related to how complicated it is as an organism. That is unless you consider yourself less evolutionarily complicated than a potato (48), king crab (208), or algae (148).

Humans have 46 chromosomes, 23 from each parent.

Humans have 46 chromsomes. Each species of plant will have a different number of chromosomes. You might try googling "chromosome number ___" where you add different kinds of trees and see what you can find.
