None. Money gets attention but if you have the personality of a rock you will turn them off instantly. Physical attractiveness matters but see first answer again. The best idea is to find a job you enjoy that makes enough for you to pay your bills and leaves you some to spend. This creates security. Women love security. After that learn to be attentive to their needs and compassionate to their wants. You should find a good mate in no time.

Gynecologist. Lets be honest; if your job is to be down there making sure everything is in working order -- I'll guarantee you that you'll have the undivided attention of the women you're dealing with in your "job."

For me, what always works is when dinner is over, I wash the dishes. I ALWAYS change diapers when I'm at home and one needs changing. Massage my wife's back every night, and some mornings. Make breakfast for the family on weekends. But mostly just show love and attention.
