I have a situation I don't want to accept. The only thing I can come up with is being calm, trying not to panic. If you have a better idea, please share...

deep breathing is best next is meditation.forget about past be in present moment.enjoy your life.life is a celebration.be +ve.i was like this but after following all this i am perfect.all the best cheer up keep smiling

By forcing not to eccept a situation will only make you feel worse. First sit in a quiet room with soft music, close your eyes and take deep breaths,look at your situation and release it to the universe and it will take care of itself. There's that point when you feel like your head is about to explode. Upon recognising this moment, I halt and take the deepest breath I can (through the nose) and expel it quickly (through the mouth), allowing my worrisome thoughts to come out with the exhale. Just blow them into the wind.
