You will need to get a Patent, as well as copyright and trademark that name.... it is a lengthy and sometimes costly process.... usually worth the investment if you have a really good product though... otherwise people will copy or take your design outright and without the legal protection, you can't do anything to stop them.

First of all you patent it... Once your product reaches the market you cannot do anything in the copyright laws even if its your invention.
Then you can look for venture capitalists who can finance you if your product looks interesting.....

First you need register your patent.
Once you have a patent, if someone is interested in buying it, they will but you have to market it to companies that might be interested in that product.
