im doing a paper on this question . i would like to hear your point of view on this question . Do you thing he was a threat to Rome? As for me i do not think he was but like i said i want to hear what you guys think so plz answer this question it would help me alot

I don't think he was exactly a threat to Rome. Ceasar was on of the best things to happen to the Roman Empire. Not only did his brillian conquests expand the Roman Empire but they contributed to cultural diffusion towards the west. But I also think, if he wasn't murdered, he would have turned into a power-hungry king. It's a shame the way he was kill though..good luck on your paper!

No, I don't think Julius Ceasar was a threat. I think the barbarian mercenaries used to defend the empire, and the Visigoths and Vandals were the real threat to Rome.
