Doesn't seem like a really great doctor.........
Call around for a sleep therapist, You might want to go in, if its bad, and let them keep you for a night and monitor your sleep, it gets the job done faster with a better result, some people find that they stop breathing at times which wakes them self up............what could be going on is endless, I would start looking for a doctor.
Or just take a shot of jack, and a tylenol pm.Lol
good luck to ya

Don't fret about it: That will just worsen the problem.
Try contacting a sleep clinic. Meanwhile, try to set a regular sleep schedule and drink a cup of chamomile tea before you go to bed: That should help relax you.
Good luck!

It depends on what sleeping disorder you have. Sleep apnea is fairly common and easily treated. Your doctor should request a sleep study to determine your disorder and how severe it is.

There are specialists and sleep labs to analyse. So, ask your doctor to check up and refer you to them.
