the best advice Ican give you is seek help from one of your peers that have done this . Maybe an attorney could give you the best choice to make. But i am a firm believer that when you need a loan go to the bank only......bettyk

Leave well alone...save for what you want...even if it takes a couple of years...and by then you may not want it after all.

Check your local financial institutions for their rates. Do not get your credit checked each time. It lowers your credit score. You might need a co signer.
