um... do a lot of cardio and work the big muscle groups in your body to burn body fat. Eat healthy, lots of complex carbs and lean protein to give your body the energy you need. you need to do two things : 1. build your abs by exercising them. 2. burn off the fat that covers them with cardio and lowering your caloric intke. you can't just work your abs to get definition there. building your ab muscles won't burn away the fat that covers them
