I know an older gentleman who was a virgin in his late 50's. I think he had some mental illness when he was younger. He was very poor and lived alone in a rented room.
More than once while out people bought him a drink. I gave him £5 towards a prostitute or whatever else he might need.
While this might be an unusual use of charity money, he did have a need and did deserve help.

Probably not. The reason a company gives someone a service or services, is because there is a benefit for them.
Buying someone a hooker isn't benefiting anyone, especially not society.
If crimes were punished by death, then we wouldn't live in a world like we do. You bought a prostitute? You and the prostitute now die.
BAM! Problems solved.

no but if it were true you would have a lot of happy smiling disabled people out there .i know they get help with benefits and so on but even the nhs and the goverment have there limits use your hands its cheaper than a prositute.
