In a sense, it already has. Any friends whose periods started earlier WERE able to get pregnant before you. But now that your cycle is going, you're are risk of pregnancy whenever you have sex. Take appropriate and strong precautions.

No everyone starts at different times. every time a woman of girl gets their period a new egg is formed. so No it wound not take longer for you to get pregnant.

Absolutely not it can happen instantly or take a year or more,but this has nothing to do with when you started menstruating.
