I know this sounds lame, but I honestly have no idea who this is, and I keep seeing his name on here.

He is the lead singer for the Smashing Pumpkins, they had a huge following back in the day. He used to date Courtney Love for a long time, then she dumped him for Kurt Cobain.

He was the lead singer of Smashing Pumkins. It is Billy Corgan. He has now went solo.
