Oh God, yes! If she broke up with you because you were trying to do something for another person you cared about, she's selfish. Maybe this is a good thing because you don't need a person like that in your life. I hope you planned a hell of a party for your uncle. I wish you the best.

Ya that's a pretty daft reason for breaking up with you. I really don't like these "myspace pages"...All I ever seem to hear are problems through that website. Other ppl can post things up and rumors start and next thing you know.....you're brokenup *
If she didn't Believe that you were arranging a party for your Uncles Retirement....That's Her problem...You need to just accept that she wasn't worth the time you have to give..You deserve better*~ KEep On SMlin*

Honestly yes it is stupid BUT my question for you is did she know you have a myspace page and #2 did you have female friends on your page that left certain comments that may have offended her if so then that why she probably broke up with you...I was talking to this guy ive known for at least 6 or 7 years and he is in the army now she i dont get to see him much but he actually ahd the nerve to send me a link to his myspace while we were dating and there were comments posted on his page that pissed me off because i thought we were in a relationship but it ended up turning out that he was in numerous relationships"that pimp" makes me made everytime piece of dog doo doo hope he is doing well in iraq but anyways good luck with that

Sounds really stupid. Depends how young the girl is, when younger girls tend to break up with people for no reason just because they dont take relationships seriously at that age. Maybe she just used this as an excuse because she wanted the relationship to end anyway. Ask her.

I think the girl you were seeing is very immature and to break up with you for such a silly reason is ridiculous. I would find a new girl if I were you. Some one a bit more mature and not so silly. Good luck!

Oh well if you "offically" started going out then that is an entirely different thing altogether. In that case is her breaking up with you not only not stupid, but actually a requirement.

It sounds like maybe she was trying to find a way to break up with you, and just used something small (and yes, stupid) to get all puffed up about... so she could claim it as her "reason"...

I'm sorry, but it really just sounds like she used that as an excuse, even though chances are it has nothing to do with it whatsoever.

their is probaly more to the story that you don't know. she was probaly mad at you for something else and when you wouldent reply she probaly thought she was getting snobed, and that you were lieing about planing the party. and then when you asked her to get online, she might have thought you were trying to suck-up to get her back when she had already had it with you. and that might have pushed her over. but that just what i think.

It sounds to me that "someone" likes drama. Life is too short to get drawn into drama and games. Move on to someone that is less needy.
