Yes, or 6 men working for one month, or 2 men working for 3 months, or 3 men working for 2 months, basically the total working time must be equal to one man working for 6 months.

It referrs to a labor force. Example: 6 men working for 1 month. it's the same as 1 man working for 6 months.
It's just the amount of "Man Hours" required to accomplish a task.

The higher your FICO score, the less APR you will be charged. BUT, read the fine print first.
