I have asked for the Manager, and made a complaint in front of the offending clerk. I have and will also call them out on it. "Wow, great customer service," or " I am not here to deal with your bad attitude, so please behave in a professional manner, thanks".

I have either never had a sales person be rude to me for no reason, or I just don't notice. I have had sales people be INEPT for no reason. If fact, as I started writing this I was on the phone with the manager of a store who's sales people were clueless. I simply compliment the manager on the products or prior service I have received there then I let him know in the nicest way possible that the service I received at his store was not what I would expect from a company such as theirs. If you're nice, they're usually willing to do something to compensate for their errors.

depends on how rude I guess. Mostly I have just decided not to buy the items I had and told the clerk why I am not buying them but if the rudeness was over the top like demeaning or something I will tell them to get the manager, tell the manager I was not buying the items and tell them why exactly what was said etc.

The sales clerk at CVS called me at home (got my number out of the computer, i was filling a prescription there)and accused me off stealing the lady in front of me's wallet! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!! I called the corporate office and went off! I will never go into a CVS again.

At the 7-11 I can never understand what they're asking me, and they get pissed like I did something wrong, The more I try the more pissed off he gets. Is that my fault. At least I make an effort.
