We love Netflix....

we have had no really big problems with it in the 2 years we have had it...

It takes about 3 days to get your next movie with Netflix....
Example: Mail the movie on Monday, they get it Tuesday and we get a new movie Wednesday...

If it takes longer it probably has something to do with how far you live from the distribution center ... or sometimes they might not have the movie you want at that distribution center so they have to send it out from somewhere else....

we have the 4 at a time and we have it kind of staggered so we usually have some sort of DVD at home....

i had blockbuster adn netflix the same time...i'll never EVER do netflix again...it takes forever to recieve your next disc. i would get my 3 dvds from blockbuster and 3 from netflix and mail the netflix out and exchange my blockbuster ones at the store for 3 free movies and i'd get my next blockbuster dvds in the mail and exchange those at the store again and still wouldnt have my 2nd round of netflix. (that sounded a little confusing) ...basically i got like 12 blockbuster dvds for every 3 netflix. (the only good thing about netflix is they have a few dvds BB dont)

No offense, but i am not a big fan of netflix. I used to be, but then at the same time Block Buster is better and convienient. So if you are new to Netlflix, then i would recommend Block Buster.

No, I don't like it because you can't actually talk with a person, everything is done through e-mail and alot of people I know have complained about canceling their account and still getting charged, and no way to quickly get ahold of someone.

Yes- so convenient. Every time a new movie that I want to see comes out I just add it to my list and they send it... it's an awesome service!
