I have found that my ab lounger works great for those areas. I also bought some workout dvd's and they helped me. Don't do just regular sit ups. You want to do stomach crunches. Lay on the floor with your back flat on the floor. Bend both legs but keep both feet flat on the floor. This is the same position as a sit up. Put both hand behind your head. You will bring your head half way up. (not all the way), then back down. At the same time you do these you will suck in your stomach as much as you can. It's like you are trying to get your belly button to hit the floor. You will be keeping those stomach muscles tight and this will help with tightening you belly. Make sure you breath normal. I can tell you this will be hard to do for a while until you get those stomach muscles back, but let me tell you it does work. I lost 30 pounds by diet and these excercises. I also trimmed up alot. Drink alot of water as well. This will help flush you out. I lost 7 pounds the first week. I hope this helps you.

I have the same problem right now. My son is 10 months old but I weigh 50-55 pounds less than when I got pregnant. I'm told there isn;t much to do for the skin. I didn't have teh problem after my first child but then I was only 22 then, now I'm 34. Guess that makes a difference. I'm enjoying beign lighter anyhow! We will probably just have to find sexier one pieces LOL

Do sit ups to firm up the belly area, and try doing something Cardio. to burn off any excess weight...like jogging, or speed walking. Plus, a good lotion to rub into the skin can only help with firming you up a little too! Excersize is truly the key though. And with warm weather ahead, you can make baby a part of it also! Put him/her in a stroller, and they get to enjoy the scenery while you do some self-improvement! Good for the whole family! Good luck with that two piece!!!

Losing a lot of weight anytime can cause that. The best way to get back in shape is exercise. I joined "Curves" it's geared for women and it works they help me. I also do a lot of walking. Sometimes they offer a week or two for free you might want to check them out. And no I'm not a representative for them I just know it helped me and still is.
