yes of course. cannibals include lions and wild animals that only eat meat. they satisfy their hunger by hunting other specie. its pretty seldom that they eat their own kind to satisfy hunger, except for really special circumstances where survivors get a better chance at multiplying his genes, like tadpoles in a drying pond.

Cannibals do not live on human flesh. They only consume it rarely. I truly doubt many cannibals still exist.
