I try to talk to people, but I can't seem to find the right words to say. Is that a problem, and what can I do about it?

If you share in people's happiness, say it. If you share in their grief, say it. That is what caring and friendship is about. Do not sensor your feelings and words, just say it! It is the only way of getting our of your shell. Stop being embarrassed or self conscious. Speak spontaneously and open up to people. You will be amazed at the warm reactions you will get.

I have the same problem, to not to be able to explain something in words. What I have to do, is to think what to say, and it may help to write it down on paper, first. Then when you got it, you can tell them how you feel, and also tell them that you have this weakness, of having the problem of having a hard time expressing your feelings in words, and hopefully that they understand.

No, it is not a problem. Actions speak louder than words. If you conduct yourself with sweet attentiveness, people cannot fail but to respond to you.
