Whenever I buy my jeans I buy them for how the wash looks and the fit. Also, take them to get tailored either at a your dry cleaners or a trusted tailor. When I buy jeans I keep in mind that I can get them shortened at the bottom, taken in at the thighs, or even the waist. When you tailor any piece of clothing to fit your body and only your body, it will look so much more amazing on you, regardless of how much you paid for the pants.
I have to admit though...I am a sucker for seven jeans, rock and republic, and citizen of humanity jeans!!!

You go into a store and try on all different styles. Department stores like macys or nordstrom are good because they have tons of different brands and styles. You might want to try stretch jeans because they form fit you, theyre comfortable and they always look good unless you have like disgusting legs lol
