Buy them that fit in your hardest to size area and have them tailored. Tailoring is actually pretty inexpensive.
For example, if you have wide hips and narrow waist and find them gaping at the waist when they fit the hips - buy them to fit the hips and have the waist taken in.

go everywhere and try on every style!!! it would be fun. i'd try buckle or hollister. hollister's jeans fit me like a dream.
